Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple but incredibly versatile therapy. It can be considered a modern day emotional version of acupuncture. Instead of needles, the client taps the relevant energy meridian points on their upper body face and hands with their fingertips. The basic EFT process is very easy to remember and can be done by anyone anywhere and not just in the comfort of a consulting room.
EFT is excellent for effectively clearing out unwanted emotional debris, including fears and phobias, quickly putting life’s worries into perspective. It often works where nothing else will.
EFT can be used as a standalone therapy or as a complement to other therapies.
