Is Hypnosis Dangerous?
No hypnosis is not dangerous when practised by trained professionals. Make sure your therapist is properly qualified and you will be able to experience the many therapeutic and relaxing properties of hypnosis in complete safety.
Who Can Be Hypnotised?
Anyone who wants to be hypnotised can be hypnotised.
Will I Still Be In Control?
Yes of course, all hypnosis is more or less self-hypnosis and because it takes place in your mind of which you have complete control, it follows that you will also be in control of your hypnotic state at all times.
Can I Get Stuck in Hypnosis?
No, you can come out of trance any time you wish by simply opening your eyes. If left in hypnosis you will gradually drift back to full consciousness in your own time or drift into a natural sleep awaking as normal later.
Can I Be Made To Do Things Against My Will?
Definitely not. When in trance your personal code is always active and if a suggestion is made to you that goes against your personal code you will reject it and come out of the hypnotic state straight away.
