Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP was co-created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s. They made a subjective study of language, communication and personal change. Bandler and Grinder based their model on the work of three successful psychotherapists, Fritz Perls (gestalt therapy), Virginia Satir (family systems therapy), and Milton H. Erickson (clinical hypnosis)

From their studies they developed a series of techniques and interventions that give the therapist a whole range of tools that can be used to bring about fast, positive change in individuals, empowering them to set clear and achievable goals and to overcome any of the fears and phobias that may have been standing in their way.
